The main floor windows are still good but of the older wooden type. Floor (and molding) needs to be redone (wood planks laid down on main floor but all floors still need sanding and finishing).
The main bathroom is on the second floor. It has an older, enameled cast iron, clawfoot tub, but recent faucet, sink and toilet to match this style.
This is a good no-nonsense house for a good price in a good location. And for the asking price of 69 000$, I will leave the appliances and a lot of furniture there. Only good condition, functional appliances (not defective nor chronologically challenged): fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, dehumidifier, air conditioner.
Reason for selling: I have remarried and moved away. I just can't find the time to finish work on this house.
